If you are not satisfied with your pen for any reason, if it is not engraved, return it in saleable condition within 30 days for a complete refund.  If it is engraved, then I repair or replace it at no charge.

In addition, all of my pens are guaranteed to function properly for 5 years. If your pen ceases to function well, I will fix or replace it at no charge. This does not include ink refills.  See the repair page for information about possible problems and how to fix them.
